2. Generate Your Label
Your return label is created inside the portal and will be emailed to you.
UK: Royal Mail
International: UPS
For international returns, the portal will provide three commercial invoices.
Print all three and attach them to the outside of your parcel in a clear pouch or sealed plastic sleeve.
3. Send Your Parcel
United Kingdom
Print your Royal Mail label or use the Post Office QR code.
Drop off at any Royal Mail location or book a free home collection.
EU and USA
Print your UPS label, attach the commercial invoices, and drop off at your nearest UPS point. For U.S. returns and exchanges, the returns portal shows any label fee before you submit.
Rest of World
Print your UPS label, attach the commercial invoices, and drop off at your nearest UPS point.

Instant Exchange
Need a different size or item?
With Instant Exchange, your new item is shipped immediately. You do not need to wait for your return to arrive.
We place a temporary hold on your card for the value of the new item. This is not a charge. The hold is released once your original item is returned.
You have 7 days from creating the exchange to send your original item back.
If the original item is not returned within 14 days, the payment may be captured. It will be refunded once the return is received and approved.
How Long Do I Have To Return My Order
You have 30 days from the date your order was dispatched to return it.
