Current delivery setup
- UK: delivered next day once dispatched.
- United States: express delivery only for now, with No Import Charges On Delivery where shown at checkout.
- International outside the UK and US: standard delivery only unless checkout specifically shows another approved method.
- Tracking: sent by email once your order has dispatched.
You will always see the exact shipping option available for your basket before you pay.
Pre-orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the dispatch date shown on the product page applies first. The delivery time shown at checkout starts once the order has dispatched.
For UK mixed orders, we may ship in-stock items first and send the pre-order item once it becomes available. For international orders, the full order ships when pre-orders are in stock.
Import charges
If a shipping method says No Import Charges On Delivery, you should not be charged extra import charges by the courier when your parcel is delivered. If that wording is not shown at checkout, duties, taxes, or courier fees may still be charged by your local authority or courier.
