Return for a refund
If you are returning your item(s) for a refund, we can offer a subsidised return shipping rate. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and the subsidised cost will be deducted from your refund. Please see the table below for the return shipping costs.
For example, if you are returning an order of £100 from the United Kingdom, you will receive a final refund of £94.
