HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you change your mind and decide to return any items, we only accept returns/exchanges on unworn products, sent back in their original condition with the original packaging.
We have a 30 day returns policy. If there has been a delay with your shipping which means the 30 days have expired please contact our customer service team who will be happy to complete the return on your behalf.
To start your return/exchange your item, please click on the link below. Once your return has been approved, you will receive all of the return instructions via email.
Whilst we do accept returns on sale items, we don’t provide refunds, only points added back to your loyalty account or we can exchange up to the value of the return.
