In the unlikely event that your product exhibits any defects in materials or craftsmanship, we'll replace your product free of charge. This cover extends for the entire life of your product, emphasising that your purchase is an investment in lasting quality.

Effective on all orders placed on or after 1st July 2024, our Lifetime Quality Guarantee underscores our dedication to delivering exceptional durability and quality in all our products.

DEFINITIONS:

• Normal Use: Conditions for which the product is designed.
• Normal Wear Points: Parts of the product naturally subject to wear through regular use, such as cuffs and collars.
• Comparable Item: A product similar in type, quality, and functionality to the originally purchased item.

GUARANTEE COVERAGE:

• Stitching and Construction: Includes unraveling stitches and misaligned seams not caused by external factors.
• Example: If the stitching on your jacket's cuff begins to unravel during normal wear, this is covered. This includes situations where threads loosen or break without any apparent misuse or exposure to harsh conditions.
• Hardware Defects: Covers failures of zippers, snaps, and buckles under normal usage conditions.
  • Example: If the zip pull on a hoodie fails during normal use, this is covered.
• Fabric Integrity: Protects against unexpected rips or tears at common wear points.
• Example: A tear in the fabric of your jeans at a typical stress point without an external cause is covered. This might include tears that occur along the seams or other areas prone to stress during normal usage, not due to any specific incident or misuse.
• Fabric Composition Failures: Addresses premature fabric thinning that does not result from regular wear.
• Pilling and Shrinkage: Covered when the garment pills or shrinks despite adherence to provided care instructions.

EXCLUSIONS:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Includes gradual fading and softening of materials, which are naturally occurring over time.
• Improper Care: Damage resulting from non-compliance with provided care instructions, such as colour bleeding due to improper washing techniques.
• Accidental Damage: Damage from external incidents such as snags or spills.
• Alterations and Modifications: Issues arising from modifications or alterations performed by unauthorized parties are not covered.

CLAIMS AND RESOLUTION PROCESS:

1. Initiate a Claim: If you encounter a product issue, please contact us with details and evidence of the problem.
2. Return the Product: Return the item for inspection at our expense, following the instructions provided.
3. Assessment and Resolution: We will assess the claim within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. If the issue falls under the guarantee, a replacement or a credit note will be issued if the original item is unavailable.
